Rights & Responsibilities of Students
At the beginning of each course, the student is given a copy of the institute’s regulations, which describes his or her duties and responsibilities. Students also receive a full course description and training materials as necessary. If the student decides to leave the course before the third day of same, he or she may obtain a refund.
After three days – fees paid are non-refundable.
As the course progresses, the student can submit his/her recommendations and/or claims in the book provided by the Institute for that purpose. At the end of each course, students are asked to give their views on the quality of instruction received and their opinion of teachers. This Satisfaction Survey helps the Institute continually improve its service and resolve any problems.
Also, at the end of each course, students receive a certificate attesting to their successful participation in the course and the number of hours worked. If desired, the student can also receive an assessment of the language level attained.
